Bring On The Snow

Good morning everyone!  Today I'm sharing a card featuring one of the newer stamp sets from Paperie Ink.

These cute wintery images are from the Ski On stamp set.  Although we weren't skiing on Christmas Day we certainly had lots of snow falling and these two critters would have been right at home!  The night sky is a piece of pattern paper that I also spattered with white acrylic paint.  I diecut two snow slopes and inked the top edges with distress ink.  I colored all the images with copics and spattered everything with lots of acrylic paint.  I used a black glaze pen on their eyes and noses.  There are lots of other adorable critters included in this stamp set so stop by the shop and check it out!

Copics Used:

Fox - E08, E15, E13, E11; E02, E00; C3, C1, 100

Goggles - V04, V02, V000; BV20, BG70

Moose - E35, E33, E31; E43, E42, E41; N8; E01, E000

Scarf - V05, V04, V01

Skis - C5, C3

Trees - BG78, BG75, BG72, BG70

Houses - BV04, BV02, BV000; V05, V04, V01; C5, C3, C1; Y11

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you have a safe and warm week!

Hugs, Anita

  1. So stinking cute! How did you get such fine "snow"? My splatter always seems to end up as globs, lol.

    1. Thank you Valerie! I thin white acrylic paint with water. I use an old toothbrush to dip into the paint and run my thumb along the bristles to spatter the paint onto my card 😉

    2. Thanks Anita. I'll have to give that a try.
