7 Kids College Fund Valentine Blog Hop

( *** Please scroll down for my SugarPea Designs post *** )

Welcome to the 7 KIDS Valentine Hop!  Are you ready for hearts and flowers?  Oh, and don't forget love!  Thanks so much for joining us.

I used the sweet Sympathy Bugs by Sylvia Zet for Whimsy Stamps.  I always thought "get well card" or something along those lines when I looked at this stamp but then a friend suggested these adorable little buggies would make the cutest Valentine card!  Of course I've used my copics and colored pencils to color the stamp and I added lots of sparkle too.  You always need sparkle on a Valentine's card, right?

First Love

So, do you remember your first love?  I do ... even though that's been many, many years ago lol!  Anyway, it looks like the cutie I've colored for today's card is thinking about her sweetheart.

This adorable image is by Time For Tea Designs and it's called First Love.  You can find all of Jo Davis' lovely images in her Etsy shop here.  I colored her with copics and colored pencils and then fussy cut her.  I kept the card very clean and simple and only added a few pearls.

Thank you so much for stopping by.  I hope you're staying warm!

Love You With All My Heart

Are you managing to stay warm?  We've got lots of snow coming down and our temperatures are in the mid-20s.  It's crazy windy out today so with the wind chill it feels more like it's in the single digits.  We've had so much snow and extremely cold weather this year ... brrr!  OK, enough whining about the weather, right?  I've got a little Valentine cutie to share with you today.

This little sweetie is Pure Innocence Love You With All My Heart by My Favorite Things.  There's also this image with a little boy hugging a heart and you can find him at the 7 Kids College Fund Store.  I think they're both adorable!  I colored the image with copics and colored pencils.  The background xoxo bingo card is a freebie I picked up awhile back and I thought it would be the perfect background for this card.  I picked up the freebie from SammyD Kreations here.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

This little cutie is Lollipop Ella Valentine.  You can find her and lots of other adorable Valentine images in the By LORi Designs shop.  I colored her with copics and colored pencils and then used lots of Star Dust Stickles on the heart she's holding.  I used some striped washi tape under her feet to add a splash of color.  The heart border and sentiment are both by CC Designs.  This was a super quick and easy card to make!

Thank you so much for stopping by.  I hope you have a wonderful day.

Warmest Wishes

Happy Friday everyone!  Our weather here has been extremely cold and yesterday we got lots of snow.  It's so pretty to look out the window and see the fresh snow on all the pine trees and the ground.  But along with that snow came some very high winds, which made it feel even colder.  And I think they're calling for our temps to drop even lower so I guess I will just have to hibernate lol!  I don't like cold weather but I do love snowmen and that's what I'm sharing today.

This adorable snowman is Snowman Snapshot and he's a freebie over at Whimsie Doodles.  That's right ... he's free!  While you're over there be sure to check out all the digi stamps Melyssa has available.  I'm telling you right now that they are totally adorable so don't blame me if you end up doing some major shopping while you're there :)  Anyway, I colored this cute snowman with copics and used Glossy Accents on his nose and coal buttons.  I added some Glamour Dust to the white snowflakes.  I used an Impression Obsession die for the blue snowflakes and then added some pearls.  The sentiment is from the CC Designs AmyR Freezin' Season stamp set.

Thank you for stopping by.  I hope you have a fabulous weekend!

Hugs, Anita
