Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a fun weekend and found some time to get crafty. Today I'm sharing a Christmas card I made for a couple of challenges over at My Favorite Things.
I made this card for both the MFTWSC 639 and the Ready, Set, Christmas! Challenge. The sweet reindeer and diecut heart are from the Reindeer Love stamp set. I colored the deer with copics and diecut them using the coordinating dienamics. I used a black gel pen on the reindeer eyes and added highlights to their cheeks with a white gel pen. I applied Nuvo Crystal Glaze to their noses and also to the red diecut heart. I used the A2 Stitched Circle STAX Dienamics to cut a circle from white cardstock and I applied Broken China Distress Oxide Ink to the top portion of the circle. I spattered the circle with white gouache to create a snowy sky. I adhered the diecut circle directly to my card and then adhered the reindeer and heart with foam tape. I heat embossed a sentiment from the Sweet Holiday Penguins stamp set and adhered it with foam tape also.
