Have A Frightfully Sweet Halloween

Hello everyone!  Today I'm sharing a Halloween card I made for a sweet blogging friend.  I'm pretty sure she's received it by now so it's safe to share it on my blog.

I used the adorable BB Frightfully Sweet stamp set from My Favorite Things.  I always fall in love with the Birdie Brown releases and this one was no exception.  I cut the stitched rectangle from Bristol card, applied distress inks, and spattered some water droplets.  I colored the cute little bunny and squirrel with copics and diecut them using the coordinating dies.  I used a black glaze pen on the animal's eyes and the squirrel's nose.  And then I added a few sequins because I love sequins lol!

Copics Used:
Bunny - E42, E41, E40, R02, R00
Bowtie - YG17, YG03, YG01
Pumpkins - YR07, YR04, YR00

Keeping Christmas Inspiration Hop

Welcome to the Keeping Christmas Inspiration Hop!  If you are looking for some inspiration for Christmas cards, you have come to the right place.  Our team has decided to do a monthly Keeping Christmas Inspiration Hop! We will be sharing Christmas creations on the 25th of each month.

The whole idea is to have some Christmas cards and projects in our stash all ready to go for December 2018!

I used the adorable Mug Hugs stamp set from Sunny Studio Stamps.  I stamped the mug of cocoa on Neenah cardstock and stamped it again on dp from Echo Park's A Perfect Winter 6x6 paper pad.  I diecut the cardstock mug using the coordinating die and then I fussy-cut and adhered the dp mug onto the cardstock mug.  I added shading to both the marshmallows and the mug with copics.  I stamped the sentiment onto white cardstock and used a circle die to diecut it.  I also diecut a scalloped circle and bow from red cardstock.  I added a few sequins to give my card some sparkle.

Please hop along and be sure to visit each of the blogs.  There's lots of inspiration and ideas to get your creative juices flowing!
