Guess Who Loves You?

Good morning everyone!  Today I'm sharing a card I made for the 7 Kids College Fund Blog.

I purchased some of the Memory Box stencils a little while back and pulled one out recently to see what I could create.  I adhered the Mesh Stencil to a piece of Neenah cardstock.  Then I took a small stenciling brush I've had forever and tapped onto my distress ink pad to pick up some ink.  I wiped the excess ink off on scrap paper before applying the ink to my piece of Neenah.  I wanted a spring card so I used soft pastel ink pads.  I really did enjoy stenciling my own background paper and I hope to find some time to play around with more of these stencils soon!  I colored the sweet Guess Who Loves You? Pure Innocence Stamp with copics and colored pencils.  I paper-pieced her outfit, fussy cut her, and used dimensional dots to attach her to my stenciled paper.  I used some Glossy Accents on her sunglasses and added some ribbon and a few enamel dots.

Here are the supplies I used from the 7KCF Store:

Thank you for stopping by.  I hope you have a fabulous day!

7KCF Challenge - Secret Admirer Luka

( ** Please scroll down for my SugarPea Designs post ** )

Good morning everyone!  It's Wednesday so that means we are starting a new challenge over on the 7 Kids College Fund Challenge Blog.  Although the challenge is "anything goes", the DT decided to use some of their favorite new CHA products for this challenge!

I decided to use this sweet little Secret Admirer Luka by La-La Land Crafts.  Isn't he adorable?  I thought this would make a great Mother's Day card for my grandson to give to his mommy this year.  I colored Luka with copics and colored pencils.  The Wrought Iron Fence Die and Scalloped Banner Die are also by La-La Land Crafts and were part of the new CHA release.  I also used the La-La Land Crafts Water Lily Die and added pearls to the flowers.

Products from the 7 Kids College Fund Store:

Secret Admirer Luka Rubber Stamp by La-La Land Crafts
Wrought Iron Fence Die by La-La Land Crafts
Scalloped Banner Die by La-La Land Crafts
