Merry Christmas Y'all

Hello everyone!  Today I'm sharing a card that I posted over on The Greeting Farm Blog.

These adorable images are from the Cozy With You stamp set.  This set is currently sold out but I'm sure Marie will have it back in the shop soon!  I colored the images with copics and then diecut them using the coordinating dies.  I cut a cute and colorful piece of design paper to 4.25" x 5.5" and adhered it to my card.  I diecut a frame from red cardstock and matted it onto cardstock that I had sponged with light blue ink.  I stamped the image in the frame and then adhered the frame to my card.  I adhered the images with some foam tape for dimension.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Paperie Ink - Mermaid Kisses

Good morning!  Today I'm sharing a sweet card using a stamp set from the Paperie Ink etsy shop!

These sweet images are from the Mermaid Kisses stamp set.  Isn't that mermaid adorable?  I started my card by sponging distress oxide inks on Bristol card.  I used Tea Dye, Scattered Straw, Cracked Pistachio, and Peacock Feathers.  I spattered the panel with water, dried it with a paper towel, and then spattered thinned acrylic brown paint over the sandy floor of the ocean.  I diecut the Bristol panel with a stitched rectangle die and adhered it to my card.  I stamped all the images and ran them through my ScanNCut machine to diecut them.  I colored the stamped images with copics and then used a Wink of Stella clear glitter pen to add some shimmer to the mermaid outfit.  I stamped the sentiment and then adhered the images with foam tape for dimension.  I glued some clear bubble embellishments and that finished my card.  Be sure to stop by and check out the Paperie Ink Etsy Shop because she has some of the most adorable stamp sets over there!

Create A Smile Stamps Challenge - Mood Board

Good morning!  We have a new challenge today over on the Create A Smile Stamps Blog.

Our new challenge is a mood board so there's lots of room for your own interpretation!   I used the Doctor's Helpers stamp set for my card today.  I stamped the image on a diecut circle and colored it with copics.  I used the Cool Cuts Postage Edge Circles to cut a circle from brown cardstock and then I adhered the colored image to the diecut circle.  I stenciled the front of my card using the Diagonal Grid Stencil and then I adhered the stamped image to my card.

I hope you find some time to play along in the challenge.  The winner will receive a gift card to the CAS shop.  You can find all the details over on the Create A Smile Blog

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a wonderful day!

The Greeting Farm - November Previews Day 2

Hello and welcome to Day 2 of The Greeting Farm previews of the November release!  Today I'm sharing a card that features the new Grateful For You stamp set.

This lovely floral stamp set also has beautiful sentiments included!  I stamped the flowers on blue cardstock using my Misti.  I kept the stamp in my Misti while I colored the flowers with copic markers.  Once colored, I placed my cardstock back in my Misti and stamped the flowers with Versamark ink and heat-embossed them with white embossing powder.  I also stamped and heat-embossed the sentiment.  I added a few clear sequins to give my card some sparkle.

Be sure to stop back tomorrow for our third day of previews!

The Greeting Farm - November Previews Day 1

Hello and welcome to Day 1 of The Greeting Farm previews of the November release!  Today I'm sharing a card that features the new Miss Anya Darlin'.

This new stamp set has three beautiful Anya images!  It's perfect for everyday cards but I think it works great for Christmas cards too!  I stamped Anya on Neenah cardstock, cut her out with my ScanNCut, and colored her with my copics.  I decided to make a slimline card so I could use the beautiful Santa Baby Word Die Cut.  I added a few diecut snowflakes and placed a tiny pearl in the center of each snowflake.  I wrapped some gold cording around my card and adhered Anya with foam tape.

Copics Used:
Skin - E13, E11, E21, E00, E000, R20
Hair - E47, E25, E23, E21
Dress - R59, R37, R35; E43, E42, E41
Shoes - N8, N6, N4

Please stop back tomorrow for our second day of previews.  Meanwhile, be sure to stop by The Greeting Farm Blog to see what the rest of the team made with these beautiful Anyas!

Thanks for stopping by.

Happy Holidays

Good morning!  Today I'm sharing a card that I posted over on the LDRS Inspiration Blog

This card was quick and easy, so it's perfect if you need to mass-produce holiday cards this season.  I used the Cardinal Seasons - Petal Pusher Stamps and the coordinating Cardinal Seasons - Petal Pushers Die Set.  I stamped the birdhouse two times - once using Raven Hybrid Ink and a second time using red ink.  I diecut the red birdhouse using the coordinating die.  I fussy-cut the black roof and black base and adhered them on the red birdhouse, giving it some extra dimension.  I stamped the branch and pine needles and diecut them using the coordinating dies.

I sponged Bali Blue Hybrid Ink around the edges of a piece of cardstock that I cut to 4.25" x 5.5", and then I stamped the sentiment using Raven Hybrid Ink.  I adhered the sponged panel to my card and then used foam tape to adhere the birdhouse, branch, and pine needles.  I adhered a short piece of silver cording from the tree branch to the birdhouse so it appears the birdhouse is hanging from a tree.  To finish my card, I adhered a small silver bow and a few silver sequins.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
