You Bring Me Joy

Hello!  Today I'm sharing a card featuring an adorable Birdie Brown stamp set from My Favorite Things.

I bought these sweet BB Bubble Over With Joy stamps as soon as they were released but just recently found some time to play with them.  I used distress inks and the Mini Cloud Edges Stencil to lightly ink the background.  I used the Stitched Scallop Basic Edges Die to cut the white cardstock.  The pattern paper is from the Plaid Patterns Paper Pack.  I colored the images with copics and used a white gel pen to add polka dots to the orange dress.  I used my Wink of Stella clear glitter pen on the bubbles and then also added some Nuvo Crystal Glaze on them.  I used a black glaze pen on the bunnies' eyes, noses, and the buttons on the pink dress.  I adhered the images with foam tape to add some dimension to my card.

Copics Used:
Bunnies - W2, W1, W0, R20
Bunny Ears - R11, R00
Dresses - YR18, YR14, YR12, YR02 and R85, R83, R81, RV10
Bubbles - V01, V000, BG11, BG10, R11, R00

I'm entering my card in the MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge - Sketch 382.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Hugs, Anita

Keeping Christmas - Sending Holiday Cheer

Welcome to the Keeping Christmas Inspiration Hop!  If you are looking for some inspiration for Christmas cards, you have come to the right place.  Our team has decided to do a monthly Keeping Christmas Inspiration Hop! We will be sharing Christmas creations on the 25th of each month.

The whole idea is to have some Christmas cards and projects in our stash all ready to go for December 2018!

I used the beautiful Bottlebrush Holiday stamp set by Power Poppy to create my card.  I stamped the single tree from the set three times with Versamark ink and then heat embossed the trees with WOW Metallic Gold Rich Pale Super Fine Embossing Powder.  I also stamped and heat embossed the sentiment.  I diecut the panel with the Stitched Rectangle Dies from Your Next Stamp.  The slim strip of paper is some gold glitter paper from my stash and the pretty plaid is from My Mind's Eye - Sugar Plum collection.  I then adhered the panel onto a white cardbase.  The enamel dots are also from the My Mind's Eye - Sugar Plum collection.  This was such a simple card to create and would be perfect if you need to mass produce some Christmas cards this year.

Please hop along and be sure to visit each of the blogs.  There's lots of inspiration and ideas to get your creative juices flowing!

The Greeting Farm - April Release & Blog Hop

It’s the 15th, and that means the new APRIL Stamps are NOW available for purchase in The Greeting Farm Store. Our first set, SAVE THE DAY, introduced fairy-tale characters and scene elements. Next, we showed off some adorable, singing monkeys in SING IT. And finally, we had some awesome mermaids and mermen in MAKE A SPLASH. All of the new stamps are perfect for your cards, journals/planners, gift packages, and scrapbook layouts.

I used the Make A Splash stamps to make my card.  I colored these adorable stamped images with copics and then diecut them using the coordinating dies.   I created my background by sponging distress inks for the sea and the sand, and I added some water bubbles with Nuvo Crystal Glaze.  I adhered the images with foam tape to create lots of dimension.

To celebrate we are having a BLOG HOP, where one lucky fan will take home all 3 sets!! Pretty AMAZING! Be sure to leave a comment on each designer’s blog, and then head back to The Greeting Farm Blog to let us know you completed the hop.

Happy Easter

Hello everyone!  I just wanted to pop on here and wish you a Happy Easter.  I have a really quick and easy card to share today.

These adorable bunnies are from The Greeting Farm's Enjoy stamp set.  I found this fun designer paper by Doodlebug Design at my LSS and knew I had to color up a couple of sweet bunnies to make a super quick and easy Easter card!   I colored the bunnies with copics and then diecut them using the coordinating Enjoy Die Cuts.  I used a stitched rectangle die to cut the scene and adhered it to my white cardbase.  Then I simply used foam tape to add the little bunnies to the scene.  I think this is probably one of the easiest cards I've ever made lol.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
