You Make Me Smile

Good morning friends!  I have a fun card to share today that features both digital and clear stamps by Streamside Studios.

I cut a panel of bristol card to measure 4.25" x 5.5" and inked it with Salvaged Patina Distress Oxide Ink.  I splattered it with diluted Salvaged Patina and white gouache, and adhered it to my card base.  Next, I diecut two slopes from bristol card and inked them with Tea Dye and Walnut Stain Distress Inks.  I splattered the slopes of dirt with both thinned brown acrylic paint and white gouache, and adhered them to my card.  I stamped one of the sentiments from the All The Feels stamp set.  I printed the bunnies and carrots from the Cupcake Critters Bunny digital stamp set, colored them with copics, and fussy-cut them.  I adhered some of the carrots directly to card with liquid glue.  The bunnies and a few of the carrots were adhered with foam tape to give my card some dimension.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you have an amazing day!

Happy New Baby

Hello friends!  Today I'm over on the Heffy Doodle Blog sharing a sweet baby card!

This adorable mouse and balloons are from the Popping By stamps.  I colored the images with copics and used a black gel pen on the mouse's eyes.  I applied Nuvo Crystal Glaze to the mouse's nose.

I used the Stitched Hearts Background Die to cut a panel from white card stock.  I inked the panel with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink, splattered it with thinned white gouache, and adhered it to my card base.  I used the Happy New Baby Jumbo Sentiment Dies to cut the sentiment from both yellow pattern paper and white card stock.  I wanted the sentiment to have some dimension so I glued several of the white diecuts together and then glued the yellow diecut on top of the others.  I glued the jumbo sentiment to my card and then added the balloons and mouse with foam tape.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you have an amazing day!

Hey Chickie

Hello crafty friends!  Today I'm sharing a card using an adorable digital stamp from the Tatilandia_Digitalshop over on Instagram.

I printed the image on Neenah cardstock, colored it with copics, and fussy-cut it.  The pattern paper is by Doodlebug Design and I cut the square to measure 5.5" x 5.5", which is the size of my finished card.  I diecut a scalloped circle and sponged the inner circle lightly with Spun Sugar and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Inks.  I used a die to cut the bow from pink cardstock and adhered it to the top of the scalloped circle. I adhered the chickie girl with foam tape to add some dimension to my card.  The sentiment is from a stamp set that I have in my stash.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  I hope you have a wonderful week!
