Good morning, I hope you had an enjoyable weekend. Today I'm sharing a card I made for our new challenge over at Always Playing With Paper's The Challenge. Each week we have a different type of challenge and this week it's a fun sketch. I hope you find some time to play along with us!
I used the Adorable Elephants from My Favorite Things. I know I've used this stamp set a lot and I hope you're not tired of seeing them pop up on my blog. I colored the elephant and balloons with copics and then used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I used the Stitched Rectangle Die from Your Next Stamp to cut my plaid paper - I love the finished edge this die gives to my papers. I added some white dots to the balloons for highlights and then applied Wink of Stella clear glitter pen over the balloons for some sparkle. I used a black glaze pen on the elephants eyes to give them some shine.
Be sure to stop by The Challenge to see the fabulous projects by the rest of the DT!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Hugs, Anita
