Ladybug Crafts Ink Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Ladybug Crafts Ink first ever Blog Hop!  You should have arrived at my blog from Kerry's blog.  If not, please go back and start at Kerry's blog.

This Blog Hop is to celebrate the first projects made by the new Design Team over at Ladybug Crafts Ink.  We were all given the challenge of using the Nikki Mermaid image in any way we chose.  I haven't seen the other DT cards so I'm just as excited as you to see what they have come up with.

Here's my card

I stamped Nikki Mermaid on watercolor paper and used Distress Inks to color her.  I added some glitter because all mermaids need a little sparkle!  I also gave her some pearl earrings and added some more pearls to my card.  I tied on a ribbon and added a little sand dollar charm to finish my card.

OK, I know you're waiting to find out more about our Blog Hop.  There are 3 prizes to be won.  Each prize will be a stamp from the Ladybug Crafts Ink collection.  So ..... what do you have to do to win?  It's simple .....

1)  Hopefully you will already have the Blog Hop Banner on your side bar to promote our hop.  If not, go to the top of this page and grab it now!  You must display our banner in order to be eligible to win.

2)  You must visit each of the DT blogs and leave a comment on each of their blogs.

3)  At the end of the hop, leave a comment on Kerry's blog.

4)  There is a ladybug hidden somewhere on one of the DT blogs.  Email Lisa at lisa.coe@btinternet.com and tell her where you found the ladybug.  *** The ladybug is in the picture of one of the DT cards***

Winners will be chosen at random from 3 of the DT blogs.  The Blog Hop starts today, September 14th, and ends at midnight (UK time), on Sunday, September 19th.  The winners will be announced on Kerry's blog on Tuesday, September 21st.  Good luck and have fun!

Your next stop on the hop is Gaelle's blog.

Thanks for stopping by!
