SugarPea Designs - CCC#7

Good morning everyone!  Today I'm sharing a card I made for our new Creative Color Challenge over on the SugarPea Designs Blog. 

I used a couple of different stamp sets from our November release.  The cute elf is from the Merry Makers stamp set - I love the sweet little elves in this set!  I colored him with copics and then cut him out using the coordinating SugrCuts - Merry Makers die.  I also used our new Santa's Tag stamp and cut that out using the SugarCuts - Gift Tag die.  I cut the circle using the SugarCuts - Zig Zag Stitched Circle die and added the elf using some foam tape.  I used some Glossy Accents on the Christmas lights to give them some shine.
