Hello and welcome to Day 3 of The Greeting Farm previews of the October release!  Today I'm sharing a card that features the new The More The Merrier set!

This new stamp set has loads of cute little Christmas critters!  I stamped the images on Neenah cardstock, cut them with my ScanNCut, and then colored them with my copics.  I used a black glaze pen on the animal's eyes and noses, and then used a white gel pen to add some highlights.  For the background, I sponged distress oxide inks on a Bristol card panel and used a paintbrush to spatter some thinned white acrylic paint to resemble snow.  I diecut a snowy slope and adhered it to the card.  I adhered the images to my card and then added some sequins to give it some sparkle.

The Greeting Farm - October Previews Day 2

Hello and welcome to Day 2 of The Greeting Farm previews of the October release!  Today I'm sharing a card that features the new Little Elves set!

This new stamp set is full of the sweetest little elves and all sorts of accessories!  I stamped the images on Neenah cardstock, cut them with my ScanNCut, and then colored them with my copics.  I applied Nuvo Crystal Glaze to the presents and the ornaments and stars on the Christmas tree.  For the background, I sponged distress oxide inks on a Bristol card panel and used a paintbrush to add some water spots.  I diecut some snowy slopes and sponged the edges with distress oxide ink.  I adhered the images and snowy slopes with foam tape to add some dimension to my card.

The Greeting Farm - October Previews Day 1

Hello and welcome to Day 1 of The Greeting Farm previews of the October release!  Today I'm sharing a card that features the new Holiday Anya 7!

This new Anya is so adorable with her little gingerbread friend!  Perfect for lots of holiday cards!  I sponged distress oxide ink onto a Bristol panel, adhered a white diecut frame, and then adhered that to my card base.   I stamped Anya on Neenah cardstock, cut her out with my ScanNCut, and colored her with my copics.  I added Nuvo Crystal Glaze to the berries on her hat and the gingerbread's buttons.  I used a Wink of Stella clear glitter pen on the stars and then I adhered Anya to my card using foam tape.  I added a diecut snowflake with a little pearlin the center.

Please stop back tomorrow for our second day of previews.  Meanwhile, be sure to stop by The Greeting Farm Blog to see what the rest of the team made with this awesome stamp set.

Being Your Friend Is A Treat

Good morning!  Today I'm sharing a Halloween card featuring an adorable stamp set from Neat & Tangled.

These cute little images are from the You're A Treat stamp set.  I bought this stamp last year and didn't get a chance to use it so I decided I had to get it inky this year!  I colored the images with copics and used my ScanNCut to diecut the images.  I used a black glaze pen on the witch's and kitty's eyes and I used a white gel pen to add some polka dots to her dress.  I stamped the sentiment with Versamark and heat embossed it with WOW embossing powder.  I used a cloud stencil and Wilted Violet and Blueprint Sketch Distress Oxide Inks to make the cloudy sky.  I used a die from Lawn Fawn to create the hills and the rest of the diecuts (haunted house, tree, and bats) are from Your Next Stamp dies.  I glued the bats directly onto the cardbase but all the other images are adhered with foam tape for lots of dimension.

Thanks for stopping by!

Every Day With You Is A Treat

Hello friends!  Today I'm sharing a card I made for the My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge.

I love making Halloween cards and the Frightfully Sweet stamp set has so many adorable Halloween images!  I followed the MFT Wednesday Sketch Challenge #457 for my design.  I stamped the bunny and fox on Neenah cardstock and colored them with my copics.  I used a black glaze pen on the bunny's eyes and the fox's eyes and nose.  For the base of my card I used the Stitched Scallop Basic Edge Die-namic to cut a piece of Neenah cardstock.  I adhered this panel to the front of my card along with a piece of designer paper along the bottom.  I sponged distress oxide inks onto a piece of Bristol card and then used the Stitched Circle Stax Die-namics to diecut a circle, which I adhered to the front of my card.  I added a grassy slope and some diecut stars to the sky.  I adhered the trick or treaters with foam tape for dimension.  The sentiment was stamped with Versamark and heat embossed with white embossing powder.  I used the Fishtail Flags Layers Stax Die-namics to cut the sentiment strip and also adhered it using foam tape.

Copics Used:
Bunny - E42, E41, E40; R02, R00
Cape - C7, C5, C3
Bowtie - V17,V15, V12
Fox - E09, E08, E15, E13; C3, C1

Casting You A Magical Day

Hello everyone!  Today I'm sharing a card that I posted over on The Greeting Farm Blog.

These adorable images are from the new Spellbinding Kit.  I adore the images in this set!  There are lots of cute characters along with the perfect accessories.  If you haven't already ordered this stamp set and you want it you need to rush over to the TGF Shop and order yours.  These kits are limited quantity so once they sell out they won't be restocked!  I sponged Forest Moss, Wilted Violet, and Chipped Sapphire onto Bristol card to create the background for my card.  Once the background was dry I stamped the sentiment (included in the kit).  I stamped the images on Neenah cardstock, cut them with my ScanNCut, and colored them with copics.  I used a white gel pen to add some highlights and then adhered all the images with foam tape.  I added a few star sequins to finish my card.

Copics Used:
Skin - E13, E11, E21, E00, E000, R20; C3, C1
Hair - E44, E33, E31, E30

Create A Smile Challenge - Sketch

Good morning!  We have a new challenge today over on the Create A Smile Stamps Blog.

Our new challenge is a sketch challenge and it's an easy-peasy one!  I stamped the adorable fox and snowman from the Cool Buddies stamp set and used my ScanNCut to cut them out.  I colored them with copics and then used a black glaze pen on their eyes.  I diecut a stitched rectangle from watercolor paper and I diecut a small snowy slope from white cardstock.  I applied some Peacock Feathers and Wilted Violet Distress Inks onto a piece of plastic and spritzed it with water, then I layed the stitched rectangle onto the wet ink and smooshed it around.  I stamped the sentiment directly onto my card and then adhered the watercolor panel (once it was dry) with foam tape.  I sponged the top of the snow slope and adhered it to the panel. I used foam tape to adhere the fox and snowman and I added a few sequins for some sparkle.

Copics Used:
Fox - E09, E08, E15, E13; C3, C1, R30; N8, N6, N4; R11, R00; BG09, BG05, BG01
Snowman - BV20, BG70, R30; YR07, YR04, YR02; V17, V15, V12

I hope you find some time to play along in the challenge.  The winner will receive a gift card to the CAS shop.  You can find all the details over on the Create A Smile Blog

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a wonderful day!
