These cute frogs are from the new Oh Hoppy Day stamp set. I stamped the images on Neenah cardstock, ran them through my ScanNCut, and then colored them with Copics. I sponged Distress Oxide Inks on two Bristol panels and spattered them with some water drops. I used a stitched frame die to diecut one of the panels. I adhered the diecut frame and all the images with foam tape and added a few clear bubble embellishments on my card. That cute sentiment is also included in the new stamp set!
