Ice Skating Phoebe

Good morning!  I've got a winter card featuring a sweet little girl from Your Next Stamp.

This adorable girl is from the Ice Skating Phoebe stamp set.  I couldn't find her in the shop so I think the set must be retired.  I diecut a watercolor paper panel using the Stitched Rectangle Die Set.  I used distress inks to create a watercolor background and then added a snowbank from white cardstock.  I colored Phoebe and the trees with copics and diecut them using the coordinating dies.  I added a diecut snowflake with a pearl in the center to finish my card.
