Time For Tea Designs April Challenge Competition & Birthday Balloons

Good morning to all of you.  I hope you're enjoying your weekend so far!  Do you realize that there's less than a week left to enter our Time For Tea Designs April Challenge Competition?  If you haven't already entered, where have you been?  Have you seen the fabulous prize that's up for grabs?

I thought I would share a birthday card using Time For Tea Designs' Birthday Balloons.  I colored her with copics and colored pencils and added some Glamour Dust to the balloons.  I also used some Time For Tea Designs Spring Papers in Zest Yellow and Bright Pink.
