Sugar Nellie's "Under The Sea" Blog Hop & Release

Isn't she a beautiful little mermaid?  Looks likes she's dreaming about something - or someone - very special ;)  I've colored her with copics and colored pencils and then added some Glamour Dust for some sparkle.
