Sugar Nellie's "Under the Sea" Blog Hop - Day 3

Isn't she adorable?  Looks like she's doing a little mermaid dance, doesn't it?  I've colored her with copics and colored pencils and then added some Glamour Dust to give her just a tiny touch of sparkle.
