Hello friends. I hope you're having a fabulous weekend. I don't have a card to post today but I do have some pictures to share. DH and I decided to get away for a few days to our little place on beautiful Cumberland Lake. One of my sweet teamies, Amanda, has visited another beautiful lake not far from ours. She asked me to share some pictures of our lake, and I actually remembered to take my camera this time. Well, the last time we went to the lake I took the camera battery charger ... but no camera lol! So Amanda, here's a couple of pictures for you.
We have been coming to this lake for over 20 years. It's one of the 10 largest lakes in the U.S. It's 100 miles long with an average depth of 100 feet ... really clean water and a gorgeous place to visit.
And here's our home away from home. All the conveniences of home ... central a/c and heat, bathrooms, fridge, microwave, stove, tv, stereo, plenty of bedrooms ... and the best part is DH does all of the cooking outside on the grill :) I know it's not a beautiful tropical island like so many of you have had the pleasure of vacationing at this year but it's our little piece of paradise.
Thanks for stopping by!
