Hope Your Wishes Come True

Hello everyone!  Today I'm sharing a card that I posted over on The Greeting Farm Blog.

I used this little cutie from the It's Your Birthday stamp set.  All the images in this set are so adorable and I love the large sentiments!  I colored the images with copics and used the It's Your Birthday Dies to diecut them.  I sponged the background with Worn Lipstick and Cracked Pistachio Distress Oxide Inks and flicked water with a paintbrush.  I diecut a frame from white cardstock and used acetate and sequins to make a fun shaker card.
