This stamp is from SugarPea Designs and it's called What's Mew?. I think this image is just adorable and it has the cutest sentiments included in the set (see photo below). I colored this cutie with copics and then cut it using the new SugarCuts - Zig Zag Stitched Circles - I love the stitched lines on these dies! I also used the SugarCuts - Heart Border for the little row of hearts and I cut the sentiment banner using the SugarCuts - Gift Tag die set. Then I added a few enamel dots to finish my card.
