The inspiration over on the La-La Land Crafts Blog this week is "tic tac toe" and I have used this sweet Secret Admirer Luka (w/sentiments) for my card. I colored him with copics and colored pencils. I used the Heart Banner Die, Scallop Border Die, Filigree Corner Die, and the Open Leaf Flourish Die. I also added a few flowers and a little ribbon bow.
