This little cutie is Lollipop Saylor (Three) and I colored her with copics and colored pencils. I stamped the birthday sentiment and then framed it with the Insert It Insta Frame by My Favorite Things. I added some ribbon and a few buttons and there you have it ... a quick and easy birthday card for someone special!
