This adorable girl is Alice and she's one of Sugar Nellie's Ribbonita girls. I colored her with copics and colored pencils and added some glitter paint to her skirt ruffle. I made the yo yo flower from muslin and added a bright yellow button, and added a few butterflies to my card.
