Since their challenge is a "Winter" theme, I decided to use Penguin's Little Letter for my card today. I colored my image with colored pencils and gamsol. I used Glamour Dust on his hat and the snow. I used my Martha Stewart snowflake punch for my border and added Glamour Dust and tiny pearls to the little snowflakes. A little purple bow and some pearls in the corners and my card was finished.
