Hello everyone and happy Thursday!
We have a new challenge for you today over at Meljen's Designs and the challenge is "Anything Goes". I used one of the new images from today's release for my project.
Rather than make a card for this challenge, I decided to make a Halloween door hanger for my grandson. I used Little Frankie, which you can find here. I colored Little Frankie with my Prismacolor pencils and gamsol and used my black glaze pen on his fingernails. For my door hanger, I cut a piece of chipboard the size I needed and covered it with my papers. I used my Nestabilities to cut the opening for the door knob. I used my Martha Stewart punches for the goo and the cobwebs and tied a ribbon and charm around the bottom. I've had these EK Success alphabet stones in my stash forever and decided to use them to personalize the door hanger for my little cutie patootie! He hasn't seen the door hanger yet but I think he'll really like it. He's five years old and sooo into Halloween this year!
Make sure you head over to the Meljen's Designs Challenges and Inspiration Blog to check out the rest of the adorable images Melissa is releasing today, and you can also see the awesome projects created by the other DT members. I hope you play along with us in the challenge this week.
Thanks for stopping by!
