Gingerbread Christmas

Hello crafty friends!  Today I'm sharing a fun Christmas card featuring an older stamp set by The Greeting Farm.

This sweet gingerbread couple is from the Gingerbread Christmas clear stamp set.  I can't find this stamp on their website so I'm assuming it's been retired or maybe it's just currently sold out.  I embossed a 4.25" x 5.5" panel of white card stock with a big dot embossing folder but the embossing doesn't really show well in the photo.  I used a Spellbinders' die to cut the dome shape, inked it with Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide Ink, and splattered it with thinned white gouache.  I die cut a snow bank and a red bow and adhered them to the dome.  I glued the dome to my card an added a few die cut snowflakes.  I colored the gingerbread with copics, fussy-cut them, and adhered them with foam tape.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you have a fabulous day!

Christmas Reindeer

Hello friends!  I'm sharing a Christmas card featuring products from My Favorite Things

I cut a panel of bristol card and heat-embossed snowflakes from various stamp sets in my stash.  I inked the panel with Spun Sugar and Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide Inks.  I used a paper towel to remove the ink over the snowflakes and splattered the panel with water.  I attached the panel to my card along with a die cut snowy slope.  I die cut the Stacked Merry Die-namics from both red and white card stock, adhered the die cuts together, and adhered it to my card.  I heat-embossed the Christmas sentiment on black card stock and adhered it to my card with foam tape.  I stamped the Reindeer Love reindeers on Neenah card stock, colored them with copics, and die cut them using the coordinating dies. I used a black gel pen on the eyes and noses and then adhered the reindeer to the card.

Merry Christmas

Hello friends!  I'm sharing a slimline Christmas card featuring a digital stamp from the LTTS Doodles Etsy Shop!

I cut a panel of bristol card and inked it with distress oxide inks.  I splattered it with water and stamped a sentiment from my stash.  I adhered the panel to the front of my slimline card.  I printed the image on Neenah card stock, colored it with copics, and fussy cut it.  I added the image to my card with foam tape.  I added a few die cut snowflakes and adhered a tiny gem to the centers of the snowflakes.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you have an amazing day!

Have A Sweet Christmas

Good morning and happy Monday!  Today I'm sharing a clean and simple Christmas card featuring products from Streamside Studios

These sweet penguins are from the Christmas Squishes digital stamp set.  I printed the penguins on Neenah card stock, colored them with copics, and fussy cut them.  I die cut a scalloped rectangle from red card stock and adhered it to my card base.  I die cut a stitched rectangle, inked it with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide Ink, and adhered it to my card.

I stamped the sentiment from the Sweet Christmas clear stamp set and then adhered the penguins with foam tape.  I added some die cut greenery and a red bow and then finished my card by adding a few sequins from the Baby It's Cold Outside embellishment mix.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you have an amazing week!

Happy Holidays

Hello crafty friends!  I'm sharing a clean and simple Christmas card featuring digital stamps from the Amanda Jayne Designs Etsy Shop!

This adorable cow is from the Cookie Cows digital stamp set and the sentiment is also from the etsy shop.  I die cut a stitched rectangle from white card stock, inked it with Evergreen Bough Distress Oxide Ink and ran it through my printer to add the sentiment.  I adhered a strip of the striped paper on my red card base and then added the white panel.  I printed the stamp on Neenah card stock, colored it with copics, and fussy cut it.  I adhered the cow with foam tape and then added a few snowflakes that I die cut from silver card stock.

Thanks for stopping by.  I hope you have an amazing day!
