Reverse Confetti June Creative Hop

Hello and Welcome to the Reverse Confetti June Creative Hop!  You should have arrived here from Lisa Henke's blog.  If not you can start at the beginning of the hop which is the Reverse Confetti blog!

Today I'm sharing a card featuring one of the adorable stamp sets from the May release.  I adhered pattern paper from the Sweet Stripes 6x6 paper pad to my card base.  I used the Lovely Tag Confetti Cuts to diecut the tag from red cardstock.  I added a blue twine bow to the tag and adhered it to my card.

I stamped images from the Love Wins stamp set and colored them with copics.  I diecut the images with the Love Wins Confetti Cuts.  I used a black glaze pen on the bear's eyes and nose, and I used a white gel pen to add highlights to the bear and his sweater.

I stamped a sentiment on the tag and then adhered all the colored images with foam tape for dimension.

Drink Up The Sunshine

Happy Tuesday everyone!  Today I'm sharing a card I made for a challenge over on the My Favorite Things Blog

This sweet little girl is from the Drink Up The Sunshine stamp set.  This stamp is currently out of stock but I'm sure they'll have it back in the shop soon!  I sponged Tea Dye and Salty Ocean Distress Oxide Inks onto a stitched rectangle that I diecut from bristol card.  I spattered the panel with thinned acrylic paint and adhered it to my card base.  I colored the images with copics and used a black glaze pen on her eyes.  I fussy cut all the images and adhered them to my card with foam tape.  I stamped the sentiment on a strip of inked bristol and also adhered that with foam tape.

Copics:
Skin - E13, E11, E21, E00, E000; R20, R00
Hair - E47, E44, E43, E40

You're Swan In A Million

Good morning crafty friends!  Today I'm sharing a card featuring an adorable stamp set from Paperie Ink

These cute images are from the Swan Duo stamp set.  To create my card front I diecut a stitched rectangle, sponged it with Spun Sugar Distress Oxide Ink, and adhered it to my card base.  I diecut an oval, sponged it with Salvaged Patina and Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Inks, and adhered it to my card.  I diecut a grassy border, sponged it with Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Inks, and adhered it to my card.  I colored all the images with copics and diecut them using the coordinating dies.  I adhered the images to the card with foam tape for added dimension.

Thanks for stopping by.  Have a fabulous week!

For My Sweet Friend

Good morning friends!  Today I'm sharing another clean and simple card featuring a digital stamp from the LTTS Doodles Etsy shop.

When I saw this adorable digital stamp I just had to have it!  A piggy eating a slice of watermelon - yes, please!  I printed this stamp on Neenah cardstock, colored it with copics, and fussy cut it.  I used a black glaze pen on the nose and watermelon seeds and then added some Nuvo Crystal Glaze to his (or her?) glasses.

I sponged Tumbled Glass, Mowed Lawn, and Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Inks onto a panel of bristol card and diecut it using a stitched rectangle.  I adhered the panel to my card front and added a cute diecut sun with foam tape.  I stamped the sentiment and then added the pig with foam tape to finish my card.  I also made a matching envelope by stamping and coloring slices of watermelon on the flap of the envelope.

Copics:
Pig - E11, E21, E00, E000
Clothes - C1, C0; BG15, BG13, BG11, BG10
Watermelon - R39, R7, R35; YG17, YG03, YG01
Glasses - B26, B24, B21

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you have an amazing day!

Let's Pawty

Good evening crafty friends!  Today I'm sharing a card featuring some sweet and adorable puppies from Paperie Ink.

i colored the stamped images with copics and diecut them using the coordinating dies.  I used a black glaze pen on the puppy eyes and noses, and used a white gel pen to add highlights to the images.  I adhered all the images with foam tape.

You're One In A Buzzillion

Good morning friends!  Today I'm sharing a card featuring some of the new products from the May Reverse Confetti release!

This sweet little bee is from the Birthday Buddies stamp set and I adore it!  The stamp set has lots of cute critters but I think this bee may be my favorite.  I colored it with copics and then diecut it using the Birthday Buddies Confetti Cuts.  I used a black glaze pen on the bee eyes and antennae and then I added some Glamour Dust to the wings for some sparkle.  I cut a 4.25" x 5.5" panel of bristol card, sponged it with distress oxide inks, and then spattered it with water.

I adhered the inked panel to my card and then adhered the bee with foam tape.  I stamped a sentiment from the Birthday Buddies Banter stamp set towards the top of my panel.  I used the Layered Friend Confetti Cuts to diecut the large friend from black cardstock and adhered it under the bee.

Thank you so much for stopping by.  I hope you have a bee-utiful day!

It's A Wonder-fur World

Happy Monday friends!  Today I'm sharing a card featuring some of the products from the latest Paperie Ink release!

I stenciled some clouds onto a stitched rectangle using Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Ink and then added a piece of diecut grass that I sponged with Mowed Lawn and Twisted Citron Distress Oxide Ink.  I stamped images from the Yappy Talk and Dog Days stamp sets.  I colored the images with copics and diecut them using the coordinating dies.  I used a black glaze pen on the puppy eyes and noses, and used a white gel pen to add highlights to the images.  I used the Wooden Fence die to cut the fence from kraft cardstock.  I used distress ink to add shading to the fence and then adhered it to the card with foam tape.  I stamped a few doggy prints in the grass and then adhered all the images with foam tape.

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Have a beautiful day!
