All That Scraps August Preview - Day 1

Today the All That Scraps design team is previewing the new August release.  We have so many fabulous images this month and today I'm showing you . . .

Beatrice Crayon

Aack!  Isn't she adorable?  I just love these sweet Beatrice stamps that Christine designs and this cutie just makes me smile.  She's colored with copics and colored pencils.  I scribbled the primary colors with copics and matted them on the card.  The sentiment is from the new School Logos stamp set.  I added ribbon, a bow, and a button to finish my card.  The new release will be available in the All That Scraps shop later this week.

Sugar Nellie's "Under The Sea" Blog Hop - Day 1

Hello sweet friends.  Today is the first day of our Sugar Nellie "Under The Sea" Sneak Peeks!

Now let me share with you the card I made using the beautiful stamp "Under The Sea" . . .

Isn't she a beautiful mermaid?  And I love that adorable little turtle swimming along with her.  I colored the image with copics and colored pencils and used some Glamour Dust for a bit of sparkle.  I added some pearl "bubbles".  I've used jute ribbon and the seaweed and shell were made with my CC Cutter dies.  This gorgeous stamp will be available at Funky Kits on Friday, August 3, along with the rest of this fabulous new release.

A Cute Theodore

Happy Saturday friends.  I hope you're getting to relax and enjoy the weekend.  I love Bugaboo Digi Stamps and have quite a few of their images.  It seems like I don't get to color them as often as I would like, but I did find some time recently to color this cute little teddy bear.

This little fella is Theodore.  Sure looks like he's taking it easy today, huh?  I colored him with copics and colored pencils and added Glossy Accents to his nose and to his ladybug friend.  I used some paper scraps and a few buttons and this card was finished in no time.  I'm usually a very slooow card maker so I love it when I can finish one quickly.  This card will be going to a little boy so I didn't want to add too many embellishments.  After all, that little 7-year-old is going to be much more interested in the gift that's attached to this card lol!

This sweet thing is Swiss Pixie Ice Cream Lucy - isn't she a cutie?  I used my copics and colored pencils to color her.  I decided she should have a mint chocolate chip cone since that's one of my favorites ;)  The little ice cream cone diecuts were made with the Sweet Treats Die.  I added some ribbon and a little button cut with the Buttons Die.  The sentiment is from the Sweet Sentiments stamp set by AmyR.  Be sure to stop by the All That Scraps Blog to see what the rest of the dt has created.

Hello sweet stampers.  Well, as my title says, I've got something merry and bright to share today ... you may need your sunglasses!

This sweet little girl is Gingerbread and you can find her over at Funky Kits.  She is colored with copics and colored pencils.  And yes, I know that her coat is a little too pink and bright ;)  But I wasn't about to toss her in the trash and start all over - especially since her coat is the last thing I colored lol.  She's got lots and lots of Glamour Dust on her outfit and then I added some little pearls for her buttons.  I also added some Glamour Dust and pearls to the snowflakes.  My snowflake border is from Memory Box.  My little stack of Christmas cards is starting to grow ;)

Good morning everyone!  Today I've used a Sassy Cheryl image on my card.

 

This little cutie patootie is Sassy Sally's Butterfly.  Oh, I just love that sweet expression on her face.  I colored her with copics and colored pencils.  I wanted some sparkle on the butterflies so I used Resplendence Angel Dust Glitter by Creative Inspirations Paints.  If you click on the picture, it will give you a closeup and I'm sure you can see the beautiful sparkle of this glitter.  The little tag and sentiment are from the My Favorite Things Notch Tag set.

This image is Sassy Sally & Bellah Head to the Beach.  Don't they make the cutest little couple?  I colored this image with copics and colored pencils and used Glossy Accents on Bellah's nose.  I used a My Favorite Things dienamic to cut out my sun.  I added some hemp cord and buttons.  The sentiment is from the Oh So Beachy stamp set by AmyR.  I used a Memory Box die to cut the scallop border.

Hello sweet friends.  Sorry I've not been round to visit your blogs the last few days.  I took a little trip out of state with my daughter and grandson and we had a fabulous, but exhausting time ;)  So, over on the All That Scraps Blog we're sharing some projects made with the new July release.

This little sweetie is Sugarplums Cupcake Emma.  Don't you just love her big cupcake - yummy!  I colored her with copics and colored pencils and used a bit of Glamour Dust on the cupcake sprinkles.  The cupcake diecut is from the new Sweet Treats Die and the sentiment is from the Sweet Sentiments stamp set by AmyR.  The little "cherry" on top of the cupcake was made with the new Buttons Die.  The papers are some I've had forever but I thought they were perfect for this adorable image.

Sweet November Little Bit of Magic - Preview Day 2

Hello stamping sweeties.  Today on the All That Scraps Blog we're showing more cards made with the new Sweet November Little Bit of Magic Fairy and Sentiments sets.

I colored this sweetie with copics and colored pencils and used Glamour Dust on her wings.  I used the CC Cutters Curly Q border die and the CC Cutters button die.  I used some papers from my stash and added some ribbon and a bow.  I think these little fairies are gorgeous and they're so fast and easy to color.  There are 9 fairies on one 4 x 4.5" rubber sheet and 11 coordinating fairy sentiments on another 3.5 x 5" rubber sheet.  These new stamps will be available over in the shop on Saturday at 9 am CST.  In the meantime, you can always pop by the All That Scraps Blog for more inspiration using these little fairies.

A Little Bit of Magic - Preview

Hello everyone.  Today on the All That Scraps Blog we have a special mid-month release of the Sweet November Little Bit of Magic fairy and sentiments sets. 

I colored this adorable fairy with copics and colored pencils and added Glamour Dust to her wings.  Some ribbon with a bow, a button, and a few pearls finished my card.  My card was super easy, so if you find yourself short on coloring time but still want an adorble card, these tiny fairies are sure to be the perfect touch!  There's a set of nine fairy images on a 4 x 4.5" sheet of rubber and a set of 11 coordinating sentiments on a 3.5 x 5" sheet of rubber.

Wish Upon A Star

Hello sweet friends.  I have a Christmas card to share today.  It's been so miserably hot that I thought I'd bring out some snowflakes to play with ;)

This adorable little fairy is Sugar Nellie's Wish Upon A Star.  I really love their fairies, they're just so stinkin' ca-ute!  She's colored with copics and colored pencils and I applied lots of Glamour Dust and Liquid Pearls.  I had glitter everywhere.  It's so messy but a fairy has to have lots of sparkle, right?  The sentiment is by PTI and the papers are from a very old K & Co pad I've had for ages.

Lemonade Anyone?

Good morning friends.  Today I've used an older Penny Black stamp for my card.

This image is called Make Lemonade and I couldn't find the stamp on their website so I think maybe it's been discontinued.  I'm not usually a fan of mice but I have to say that I think these two are adorable.  Penny Black always has some of the cutest critter stamps.  I colored this image with copics and colored pencils and then used Creative Inspirations Paints to paint the glass of lemonade.  I used Sunshine and Mello Yellow for the lemonade and then painted a coat of Fairy Dust over the entire glass.  Although you can't really see it in this picture, the paints give the glass a cold, frosty look.  I added some ribbon and a few buttons.  The sentiment is from the AmyR Sweet Sentiments stamp set and you can find that set at All That Scraps.

This cute stamp is a la modes Talk Nerdy To Me  -  don't you just love the sentiment?  I colored this sweetie with copics and colored pencils.  I followed the sketch in their challenge this week for my layout.  My papers are Lori Whitlock Patriotic Picnic Digi Papers by Echo Park - I love the colors and patterns in this set.  I made the flower with the MFT Prima Donna Petals Die-namic and added a tiny button to the flower.

I'm a Guest Designer at Cupcake Craftroom

Good morning friends.  Mandy, the owner of Cupcake Cards and Crafts asked if I would like to be a Guest DT on the Cupcake Craftroom Blog.  Well of course I said yes! 


The Cupcake Craftroom Challenge for July is layers, so I made a card that fits their challenge.  I was the lucky winner of their May challenge and Mandy generously gave away one of her gorgeous paper collections as the prize.  The paper I chose is Refreshers - I just love the colors and designs in these papers!  Here's the card I made . . .

In addition to the beautiful Refreshers papers, I used the adorable  Mavis Builds a Sandcastle by Stamping Bella.  For those of you that may not know, Mavis was created by Christy Croll, the creator of those cute Tiddly Inks designs.  Anyway, I colored this cute kitty with copics and colored pencils and used a little bit of glitter paint on the polka dots on her swimsuit.  I used Glossy Accents on her nose and sunglasses.  The sentiment is from the CC Designs Beach Logos stamp set.  Be sure to stop by Cupcake Cards and Crafts to checkout all of Mandy's beautiful papers!

Hello sweet friends.  I have one of the new Sugar Nellie releases to share with you today.  This sweet little fairy is . . .

Candy Heart

Isn't she a cutie pie?  All the new Sugar Nellie fairies are so adorable - you can see all of them here.  If you missed our blog hop last week, you can see the dt samples over on the Sugar Nellie Blog.  I colored her on watercolor paper using Distress Inks and added lots of Glamour Dust to her fairy wings and some of the lollipops.  The sentiment is from the new AmyR stamp set - Sweet Sentiments.  A ribbon, bow, and a few buttons finished my card.  You can find this sweet fairy over at Funky Kits.

Doesn't this sweet image just make you smile?  I think the Garden Gnomes are so adorable.  I used copics and colored pencils to color this image.  Her apron and hat are paper pieced.  The buttons that you see are from the new CC Cutter, and the sentiment is from a new set by AmyR Stamps - Sweet Sentiments.

All That Scraps July Preview - Day 2

Hello stamping friends.  We have our new July release that we're previewing over on the All That Scraps Blog.  If you stopped by to visit me yesterday then you saw the adorable Lolli Beatrice.  Today the design team is sharing some of the Mashi's Muffins July stamps.  This sassy little lady is . . .

Isn't she beautiful?  I love her big eyes and that outfit ... well, I wish I could wear something like that ... and look that good lol!  She's colored with copics and colored pencils.  I fussy cut her and matted her on an oval nestabilities.  The cupcake is another new CC Cutter that's being released this month and the sentiment is from a new set of AmyR Stamps called Sweet Sentiments.  All these new products will be available in the All That Scraps Shop on Thursday, July 5 at 8 p.m. CST.

All That Scraps July Preview - Day 1

Today the All That Scraps design team members are previewing the new CC Designs July release.  So for my card, I have used . . .

Lolli Beatrice

Isn't she the sweetest little girl you've ever seen?  I LOVE her!  She's colored with copics and colored pencils.  I used Glossy Accents on the lollipop to make it shiny.  The lollipops tied together with a little twine bow?  Well, that's a new CC Cutter that's being released this month too!  The cutter is actually one lollipop so I just cut out three and tied them together.  The sentiment is from the Sweet Treat Logos and it's also a new set of stamps that's being released this month.  All the new products will be available in the All That Scraps Shop on Thursday, July 5 at 8 p.m. CST.

It's RELEASE DAY at The Greeting Farm!

(For those of you that may have tried to hop by earlier, I apologize for my post being so late.  We had a terrible storm come through our area Friday afternoon and lost all our power until late Saturday night)

Hey, everyone!  Well, after a lot of awesome previews this past week, the day is finally here!  Our JULY RELEASES are now available at The Greeting Farm!
