You're The Creamer In My Coffee

Good morning!  Today I'm sharing a card I made using an adorable stamp set from C.C. Designs.

This cute deer is from the Coffee & Cookie stamp set.  I colored the deer with copics and then used the coordinating dies to cut the deer and coffee images.  I used a black glaze pen on the eyes, nose, hooves, and jacket buttons. I used some Doodlebug Design paper from my stash and added some vellum behind the deer.  I added a heart banner and then adhered the deer using foam tape.

Copics Used:
Deer - E33, E31, E30, E50; E42, E41, E40
Coat - BG09, BG05, BG01, B000
Scarf - R59, R37, R14

Create A Smile Challenge - L is for ...

Good morning!  We have a new challenge today over on the Create A Smile Stamps Blog.

Our new challenge is "L is for ..." so that leaves it open to your interpretation.  Since Valentine's Day is just around the corner I decided to make a Valentine card.  I used the Secret Ingredient stamp set.  There are so many cute images in this set and it's perfect for many different occasions.  I colored the images with copics and then used my Scan N Cut to cut them out.  I used a black glaze pen on the eyes and a white gel pen to add some highlights.  I sponged distress inks onto Bristol card and stenciled some hearts.  I adhered the snowgirl and her bowl of hearts with foam tape for dimension and then added a few little sequins for some sparkle.

Copics Used:
Snowgirl - BV20, BG70, RG20, R00
Nose - YR14, YR12, YR02
Hat - BG05, BG01, B000
Scarf - R24, R22, R20
Bowl - BG11, BG10
Hearts - R27, R24, R22

I hope you find some time to play along in the challenge.  The winner receives a gift card to the shop!  You can find all the challenge details on the Create A Smile Blog.  If you don't currently own any Create A Smile stamps, you can use a freebie from their blog!

Thanks for stopping by.  I hope you have a wonderful day!

Snow Buddies

Good morning!  Today I'm sharing a card I made using an adorable stamp set from Honey Bee Stamps.

I've had this stamp set for awhile and now that the Christmas rush is over I'm finding time to play with some of my stamps that haven't seen ink yet!  This snowman and his adorable buddies are from the Snow Buddies stamp set.  I started my card by applying distress inks to Bristol card and spattering some water for some lighter spots.  I colored the images with copics and then fussy-cut them.  I used a black glaze pen on their eyes, and applied Nuvo Crystal Glaze to the snowman's nose.  I used a white gel pen to add the polka-dots to the snowman's scarf and hat.

Copics Used:
Snowman - BV20, BG70, R30
Snowman Nose - YR07, YR04, YR02
Hat & Scarf - BG09, BG05, BG01, B000; C3, C1, Colorless Blender
Left Bunny - E33, E31, E30, E50
Bunny Shirt - R17, R14, R12
Right Bunny - C3, C1, R30
Bunny Scarf - YG17, YG03, YG01
Bird - R59, R37, R14; Y38

Thanks so much for stopping by!  I hope you have a wonderful day!

Feel Better

Good morning!  Today I'm sharing a card I made using an adorable stamp set from Create A Smile Stamps.

This adorable mouse is from the Doctor's Helpers stamp set.  There are lots of cute images in this set that are perfect for making get well cards!  I stamped the mouse and doctor's bag, colored them with copics, and cut them out using my Scan N Cut.  I used a stitched rectangle die to cut a piece of pattern paper and I matted that on red cardstock.  I diecut a circle from vellum and adhered the vellum and images to the card with foam tape.  The sentiment is from the same stamp set.  Lastly, I added a few enamel dots.  This is a very clean and simple card but I think it would bring a smile to someone who's feeling under the weather, right?

Copics Used:
Mouse - W2, W1, W0, R30
Ears - E02, E00, E000
Needle - BG10; R46, R17, R05; C3, C1
Hat and Medical Bag - BG10, R46

Thank you for stopping by.  I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Hugs, Anita

Snowmen Make Winter Bright

Good morning!  Today I'm sharing a card I made using an adorable stamp set from C.C. Designs.

This cute snow couple is from the Build A Snowman stamp set.  I started my card by sponging distress ink onto the card.  I diecut a snowdrift and sponged a little ink onto the top of the drift also.  I diecut a scalloped rectangle frame and adhered the frame and the snowdrift using foam tape.  I colored the snow people and their outfits with copics and then I fussy cut them.  I used a black glaze pen on the snow peep's eyes and I added the polka-dots using a white gel pen.  I adhered the snow couple and snowflakes using foam tape for dimension.  I'm entering my card in the C.C. Designs January Challenge.  Their challenge this month is to create a card using pink, red, and black.

Copics Used:
Snow Couple - BV20, BG70
Noses - YR07, YR04, YR02

It’s the 15th, and the 3 new stamp sets for the JANUARY RELEASE are now available for purchase in The Greeting Farm Store! Our first set, WITH LOVE features some sweet, adorable girls with flowers to create a wonderful floral scene. The next set called UNICORN PLANS has various unicorns perfect for all your projects, especially those planners. I used flowers from the With Love stamp set for my card today.  I stamped the flowers on kraft cardstock and colored them with my Prismacolor Colored Pencils.  The sentiment and heart are also part of the same stamp set.  To finish my card I spattered white acrylic paint that I thinned with a little water.

To celebrate we are having a short BLOG HOP, where one lucky fan will take home all 3 sets! You have until JANUARY 18th at 12pm CST/1pm EST to leave your comments on each Designer's Blog and The Greeting Farm Blog. We will announce the random winner later in the week.

The Greeting Farm - January Previews Day 3

Hello and welcome to the final day of The Greeting Farm January previews.  Today I'm sharing a card that features the new Decora Anya stamp set!

Isn't this Decora Anya absolutely adorable?  She was inspired by the Japanese Harajuku Decora fashion style (google that and you'll see all kinds of cute girls dressed in this fashion).  I colored Anya with copics, used a white glaze pen to add polka dots to her blouse and bow, and fussy cut her.  I applied distress oxide inks to some Bristol card for the base and then flicked water.  I heat embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder and adhered everything with foam tape.

Be sure to stop by tomorrow for our Blog Hop!  Meanwhile, be sure to stop by The Greeting Farm Blog to see what the rest of the amazing team made with this adorable Decora Anya!

Thanks for stopping by.
