The Greeting Farm - You're My Universe

Hello everyone!  Today I'm sharing a card that I posted over on The Greeting Farm Blog.

I used the My Universe stamp set.  Although my card features a little boy astronaut, there's also a cute girl astronaut image included in the stamp set, so this set is perfect for all kinds of cards!  I used distress inks on Bristol card to create my galaxy.  After applying the distress inks, I spattered white acrylic paint over the background.  I stamped the images, colored them with copics, and diecut them using the coordinating dies.  I diecut a "moon" from gray cardstock using a circle die and then I adhered all the images to the card using foam tape.  I used white embossing powder for the sentiment and attached that with foam tape also.
