Boo!

Happy Saturday friends!  Today I'm sharing a fun Halloween card that features both clear stamps and digital stamps by Streamside Studios.

I cut a square panel of bristol card and sponged it with Peacock Feathers, Wilted Violet, Chipped Sapphire, and Black Soot Distress Oxide Inks.  I spattered the panel with white gouache and adhered it to my 5.25" x 5.25" card base.  I diecut the Hello Bluebird Full Moon Scene Die from black cardstock and adhered it to my cardbase.  I diecut a circle and sponged it with Scattered Straw, Wild Honey, and Black Soot Distress Inks and adhered it to my card.  I used images from the Little Halloween clear stamp set, along with digital images from the Fairy House Builder and Magical Pumpkins stamp sets.  I colored all the images with copics and fussy cut them.  I used a black marker around the edges of all the images to help hide the imperfections in my cutting.  I adhered all the images to my card and used a white gel pen to add some highlights to the cheeks of the images.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you have a fabulous day!

Wishing You A Delightful Halloween

Hello crafty friends!  I'm sharing a Halloween card I made for a sketch challenge over at My Favorite Things!

These cute images are from the My Favorite Things Delightful Halloween stamp set.  I colored the images with copics and used a black glaze pen on the fox eyes and nose.  The fun plaid is from Doodlebug Design Oct 31st 6x6 paper pad.  I cut a strip of Bristol card and inked it with Mowed Lawn, Peacock Feathers, Villainous Purple, and Black Soot Distess Oxide Inks.  I spattered the strip with white gouache and adhered it to my card base.  I fussy cut the haunted house and fox and adhered them to my card with foam tape.  I heat-embossed one of the sentiments from the stamp set and also adhered it with foam tape.

You're Berry Sweet

Happy Monday friends!  I hope you had a fun and relaxing weekend.  I found a little bit of time to get crafty so I have a slimline card to share with you today!

These adorable images are from the Streamside Studios Strawberry Cows clear stamp set.  I used a slimline die to cut the 3-window frame from some light green paper.  I sponged some Spun Sugar Distress Oxide Ink and stamped the sentiment behind the window openings before adhering the frame. I colored the images with copics and ran them through mu Cut N'Scan.  I adhered all the images with foam tape.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you have an amazing week!

Happy Halloween

Good evening crafty friends!  I'm sharing a card I made for the sketch challenge over at My Favorite Things.

This cute little trick-or-treater is from the new Delightful Halloween stamp set.  I followed the MFTWSC 660 and used some colorful Doodlebug Design paper from my stash.  I cut a small rectangle from white cardstock and sponged it with Wilted Violet Distress Oxide Ink.  I spattered the cardstock with white gouache and matted it onto black cardstock.  I colored the images with copics and fussy-cut them.  I used a black gel pen on the kitty's eyes and nose, and used a white gel pen to add highlights to the cheeks.  I adhered the images to the inked rectangle with foam tape.  I heat-embossed one of the sentiments from the set and also used foam tape to adhere the sentiment.

So Berry Happy

Happy Monday crafty friends!  I hope you had a fabulous weekend.  Today I'm sharing a clean and simple card featuring a clear stamp set from the Streamside Studios Etsy shop!

The large sentiment and strawberries are from the Berry Sweet Mice clear stamp set.  I've had this pretty strawberry paper in my stash forever and thought it would be perfect for this clean and simple card.  I diecut a rectangle from white cardstock, applied Spun Sugar Distress Oxide Ink, and stamped the large sentiment as the focal point.  I stamped two strawberries, colored them with copic markers, and fussy cut them.  I adhered the strawberries with foam tape to give some dimension to my card.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you have a wonderful week!
