Hello and happy Wednesday. I have a little Simply Sassy image to share today.
I have used Cinders on my card today. Wish I looked that good when I was cleaning house, don't you lol? I colored her with distress inks and added some lace and ribbon, a handmade flower, and a little heart-shaped button. A very clean and simple card. You can find Cinders and the other adorable Simply Sassy images over at Funky Kits.
Thank you for stopping by. I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving Day!

Whimsy Inspiration
Good morning to all of you. My blogging buddy and teammate Maria Therese has me hooked on making Christmas tags to attach to my packages this year. I have made a few with colored images but then decided to make some using Whimsy's sentiments. These were so easy to make and took very little time. I think they'll really dress up the packages this year.
I used Christmas Sentiments, Season's Greetings Sentiments, and Warm Winter Wishes Sentiments by Raindrop Echo Designs over at Whimsy Stamps.
After I printed off my digi sentiments I cut them out with Nestabilities. Using Bazzill cardstock, I cut out the matting to place behind my sentiment and then adhered both of these to a pretty doily.
I cut an even larger Nestabilities circle from Bazzill and adhered it behind the doily. This made the tag sturdier and this is where I will write the recipient's name.
I punched a whole at the top and added some ribbon so I can tie on the tag. On the front of the tag, I used a glue pen all around the edges of the sentiments and added Glamour Dust. Then I decorated them with various punches, flowers, and pearls.
Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful day!

Christmas Fun
Happy Monday friends. I hope you had a wonderful weekend. Since it's Monday that means we have a new challenge for you over at the Pollycraft Challenge Blog. Our theme for the new challenge is Christmas Fun.
I have used this adorable new Swings and Slides image for my card. Isn't he just the cutest? As soon as I saw him I thought of my little grandson so of course I had to color him! I used Distress Inks to color this sweetie and then added Glossy Accents to the reindeer nose. The bow on the package has Glamour Dust Ultra Fine Glitter paint and I also used this paint on the snowflakes. Some twine and a little ornament sentiment finished my card.
Now I've already told you that our theme is Christmas Fun but I also want to tell you that we have 4 prizes up for grabs for this challenge! Why so many prizes? Because it's a super special 4-week challenge! A Simply Sassy Sneak Peak
(Please scroll down for my Divas by Design post)
Hello friends. The Sugar Nellie Simply Sassy set 11 will be released this Saturday in a blog hop, but I have a little sneak peak to share with you today!
This little cutie is called Book Club -- isn't she adorable? I colored this sweet girl with distress inks. I added a seam binding bow with a little apple button and then some punched flowers with pearls. My grandson started kindergarten this year and he loves his teacher (and school, thank goodness). So I thought this sweet image would make a perfect card for his teacher. My daughter can include a gift card for his teacher's favorite little shop or restaurant and my grandson can give it to her for Christmas.
The Simply Sassy set 11 will be available Saturday over at Funky Kits. If you want to see more sneak peaks this week stop by the Simply Sassy DT Blog. And don't forget to mark your calendars for our blog hop this Saturday, November 19. You'll want to start here for the hop.
