Sending You Sunshine

Good afternoon crafty friends!  I hope your week is off to an amazing start.  Today I'm sharing a card I made for a sketch challenge over on the My Favorite Things Blog. 

These sweet images are from the You Make My Days Sunshiny stamp set.  I colored the images with copics and then fussy cut them.  I used a black glaze pen on the bunny eyes and a white gel pen on the cheeks.  I followed the MFT WSC 497 for my card design.  I sponged Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, Tumbled Glass, and Broken China Distress Oxide Inks onto a 3.5" x 8" panel of bristol card.  I spattered the panel with white, blue, and green acrylic paints.  Once dry, I adhered the panel to my card base and then adhered the images with foam tape.  I heat-embossed on of the fun sentiments from the stamp set.
