Your Next Stamp - May Release Sneak Peek

Good morning everyone!  The Your Next Stamp release is later this evening but we are sharing some awesome sneak peeks with you now!  We have so many fun products this month and I know you're going to love it as much as I do!  So are you ready for a little peek?

I used the cute and fun Keepin' It Reel stamp set.  This set is perfect for all those special fishermen in your life!  I used the Stitched Rectangle Die Set to cut a piece of watercolor paper and then I used distress inks  and water to create the background.  I colored the images with copics and cut them out with the coordinating Keepin' It Reel dies.   I also used the Puffy Clouds Border Die to stamp my sentiment.  I made this a Father's Day card but there are lots of different sentiments you can use so it can be used for lots of occasions.

Be sure to drop by the Your Next Stamp Blog for links to all the new projects featuring the May release.

Thank you for stopping by.  Please stop back this evening at 10 PM EST for a full reveal of the May release!  Be sure to hop along with us for a chance to win a gift certificate to the shop!

Your Next Stamp - Sketch and Color Challenge #38

Happy Friday everyone!  Today I'm sharing a card I made for our new Sketch and Color Challenge over on the Your Next Stamp Blog.

I used the Life's A Hoot clear stamp set to make a card for a coffee-loving night-owl friend.  I colored the image with copics and then cut it out using the coordinating die set.  I cut a circle using the Circles with Stitching and Piercing Marks die, sponged some blue ink on the circle, and used foam dots to adhere the cute little owl.  Of course I used my Stitched Rectangle Die to cut the plaid pattern paper.  Lastly, I added a few pretty gumdrops to finish my card.

To enter the challenge you need to follow the sketch and/or the inspiration photo.  Be sure to stop by the Your Next Stamp Blog to read the challenge details and to see the beautiful projects by the rest of the DT!

Thank you so much for stopping by.

I used the sweet Hello, Sunshine stamp set today.  I just adore this image - that little girl is so stinkin' cute!  I colored the image with copics and matched her up with some fun pattern paper.  I cut the sentiment with the SugarCuts - Stitched Flags and the clouds were cut using the SugarCuts - Whatever the Weather dies.

The Challenge #70 - Masculine Inspiration

Good morning, I hope you had an enjoyable weekend.  Today starts a new challenge over at Always Playing With Paper's The Challenge.

Our challenge this week is a masculine inspiration challenge and we have an awesome picture to inspire you!  I used the helicopter from Your Next Stamp's Just Plane Amazing stamp set.  I colored it with copics and then used the coordinating die to cut out the helicopter.  I used the Stitched Rectangle Die to cut some Neenah cardstock and then stamped the Stripe-tastic Edge in black along the bottom.  I sponged on some distress ink in Tumbled Glass and then used foam dots to adhere the helicopter.  I cut the clouds with the Puffy Cloud Border Die and added a few gumdrops to finish my card.

Your Next Stamp - April Feature Day

Good morning!  Today is Feature Day over on the Your Next Stamp Blog, which means that the team is sharing new samples featuring the YNS stamps and dies.  Our theme this month is to "create a scene".

I used lots of different stamps and dies to create my card.  I started by cutting a piece of white cardstock with the Stitched Rectangle Die Set and then I sponged on some Tumbled Glass distress ink.  I used the Spring/Summer Scene Die Set to cut the rolling hill and the Wild Flowers and Grass Die to cut the row of flowers.  I used the Puffy Cloud Border Die to cut the clouds at the top of my card and the Rainbow Fun Die Set to cut the little sun.  Phoebe and her little pets were stamped with the Phoebe With Her Wagon stamps and then cut using the coordinating dies.  I colored Phoebe and the pets with copics and then used foam dots to adhere them to my card base.

Be sure to stop by the Your Next Stamp Blog to see what the rest of the DT is sharing today.  If you leave a comment on the YNS Blog you may be the lucky winner of a stamp set of your choice!

What A Hoot!

Good morning!  I have a colorful birthday card to share today.

This cutie is from Pink and Main's What A Hoot stamp set.  There are several adorable owl images and some really funny sentiments in this set so be sure to stop by Pink and Main's shop to check out the set!  I colored the image with copics and then used the coordinating die to cut out the owl.  I used the Stitched Rectangle Die from Your Next Stamp to cut the chevron and dark blue dp.  I stamped the sentiment on a fishtail banner that I cut with a My Favorite Things Die.  I applied some Glossy Accents to the owl's beak and feet and used my Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen on the hat, candle flame and sprinkles.  Lastly, I added a few sequins to finish my card.

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you enjoy your weekend!

Good morning everyone!  Today I'm sharing a card I made for an inspiration post on the SugarPea Designs Blog.

This card was so quick and easy!  I simply took a sheet of the gorgeous patterned paper from the Whatever The Weather Patterned Paper Collection and adhered it to a white cardbase.  Then I stamped a sentiment from the Whatever The Weather clear stamp set, added a few sparkly sequins from the Sparkly Shaker Selections and ... my card was done!  You can't get much easier than that, right?

The Challenge #69 - Inspiration

Good morning, I hope you had an enjoyable weekend.  Today I'm sharing a card I made for our new challenge over at Always Playing With Paper's The Challenge.

Our challenge this week is an inspiration challenge and we have a beautiful picture to inspire you.  I used this sweet Pure Innocence I Heart You image on my card today.  I stamped her on some Neenah cardstock and colored her with copics.  I used the Die-namics PI I Heart You to cut out the little girl and used foam dots to adhere her to the orange oval I cut using the Die-namics Pierced Oval STAX.  I used the Stitched Rectangle Die from Your Next Stamp to cut my gingham paper.  The sentiment was stamped on a banner that I cut using the Die-namics Fishtail Flags Layers STAX.  I  used a Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen on the heart on the book and the little heart in her hair.  I also added a few sequins for some sparkle.
