The Challenge #53 - Non-Traditional Christmas Card

Good morning everyone!  Today I'm sharing a card I made for our new challenge over at Always Playing With Paper's The Challenge. 

 

Our challenge this week is to make a non-traditional Christmas card.  Easy peasy, right?  I've been having fun playing around with this cute Toboggan Together stamp set from Lawn Fawn ... I've made so many fun cards with this set and I hope you're not tired of them by now lol.    I colored these two little friends with copics and then cut them out using the coordinating dies.  I added a bit of Glamour Dust to the hat trim and the snowflake.  I used the Stitched Rectangle Die Set and Scallop Edge Die from Your Next Stamp.  I also used Lawn Fawn's Stitched Hillside Borders and Stitched Snowflake dies.

Toboggan Together

Hello friends!  I hope you're getting to enjoy your weekend.  I have a quick and easy Christmas card I'm sharing today.

This sweet stamp set is called Toboggan Together and it's by Lawn Fawn.  I've made so many simple cards using this set.  I colored everything with copics and then cut them out using the coordinating die set.  I cut the snowy ground using the Stitched Hillside Borders die.  I used some Glossy Accents on the penguin and deer and added Glamour Dust to the little hat.

Your Next Stamp - Sketch and Color Challenge #28

Happy Friday everyone!  For those of you that celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday, I hope you had a wonderful day.  Of course I ate way too much but it's so hard not to when there are so many yummy dishes in front of my face lol.  OK, enough about food ... today I'm sharing a card I made for our new Sketch and Color Challenge over on the Your Next Stamp Blog.

I used the new Cozy Christmas Jessica clear stamp set.  There are so many pretty images in this set but I decided to use only the tree and kitty for today's card.  I colored them with copics and then cut them out using the coordinating die set.  I used the Stitched Rectangle Die Set to cut my cardstock and added some pretty sparkly gumdrops.  I used Glossy Accents on this Christmas ornaments to make them shine.

Yappy Birthday

Good morning friends!  Today I'll be celebrating Thanksgiving with my family.  Lots of yummy food shared with those we love - it doesn't get much better than that!  I probably should have made a Thanksgiving card to post on my blog today but instead I chose to share a cute little puppy card.

This adorable pup is from Mama Elephant's Playful Pups stamp set.  Love the images and cute sentiments in this set!  I colored this pup with copics and cut him out using the coordinating die set.  I used Glossy Accents on his nose because dogs do have wet noses, right?  Anyway, I decided to make a shaker card so I also stamped and cut out lots of the little bones that are also in this set.  I used the Stitched Rectangle Die Set from Your Next Stamp to cut my cardstock - I love the stitched edge this die makes!  I also added a few enamel dots.

SugarPea Designs - CCC#7

Good morning everyone!  Today I'm sharing a card I made for our new Creative Color Challenge over on the SugarPea Designs Blog. 

I used a couple of different stamp sets from our November release.  The cute elf is from the Merry Makers stamp set - I love the sweet little elves in this set!  I colored him with copics and then cut him out using the coordinating SugrCuts - Merry Makers die.  I also used our new Santa's Tag stamp and cut that out using the SugarCuts - Gift Tag die.  I cut the circle using the SugarCuts - Zig Zag Stitched Circle die and added the elf using some foam tape.  I used some Glossy Accents on the Christmas lights to give them some shine.

Your Next Stamp - November Feature Day

Good morning!  Today is Feature Day over on the Your Next Stamp Blog, which means that the team is sharing some new samples featuring the YNS stamps and dies.  Our theme this month is Christmas.

I combined a couple of our new November releases for today's card.  I used the adorable little dog and cat from the Cozy Christmas Jessica stamp set.  I love these little animals - they're just so cute!  I colored them with copics and then cut them out using the coordinating die set.  I used the Stitched Rectangle Die Set to cut the brick paper and then I used the new Front Door Die Set to cut the door, wreath, bow, and doorknob.    I also added a few Holly Berry Red Gumdrops to the wreath.

Merry Christmas To A Cool Friend

Happy Friday everyone!  I wanted to share another quick and easy Christmas card using one of Lawn Fawn's cute stamp sets!

This cute penguin is from the Toboggan Together set.  This set has some really adorable images and they're great for making quick cards!  I colored the penguin and his hat with copics and then cut them out using the coordinating dies.  The sentiment is from the same stamp set.  The fun papers and enamel dots are from Doodlebug Design.

This adorable image is from Mama Elephant's Playful Pups stamp set.  This set has some really cute puppy images and great sentiments too!  I colored the images with copics and then cut them out using the coordinating dies.  The paper is from the Pebbles Front Porch collection and I cut it using Your Next Stamp's Stitched Rectangle Die and the Banner Die Set.

SugarPea Designs - SPD22 Home For The Holidays

Good morning!  I hope you're having a fabulous week so far.  We have a new challenge over on the SugarPea Designs Blog today and our theme is "Home For The Holidays". 

I used one of the stamps from our latest release called Merry Makers.  Aren't these just the cutest elves ever?  I love these cuties!  I colored the image with copics and then cut it out using the SugarCuts - Merry Makers dies.  I used some foam tape to adhere the image on the tag that I cut using the SugarCuts - Gift Tag die. 

There are only a few rules:

- Play along with any stamps and dies you'd like.  The winner is chosen at random to keep things fair, but if the winner's project features a SugarPea Designs stamp we will increase the voucher to $15

- Feel free to combine our challenge with any other challenge(s)

The Challenge #51 - Inspiration

Good morning everyone!  I hope you had a fabulous weekend.  Today I'm sharing a card I made for our new challenge over at Always Playing With Paper's The Challenge. 

 

 

 

 

 

A beautiful inspiration photo, right?  I used the We're Better Together stamp and die set from My Creative Time.  There was no coloring required so this ended up being a quick and easy card to make.  I did some paper piecing on the cup and then added some Glossy Accents and a few enamel dots.

The Greeting Farm - November Release Day & Blog Hop

Happy Sunday everyone! It’s finally here…..RELEASE DAY for our new November stamps!! We had previews of these awesome stamps last week, and NOW they are available in The Greeting Farm Store. Because it’s Release Day we are having a BLOG HOP and one lucky person will win this entire release!

Your Next Stamp - November DT Dare

Good morning and welcome to the Your Next Stamp November DT Dare!  This month our dare is to use at least 3 different pattern papers!

I used the adorable little animals from the new Cozy Christmas Jessica clear stamp set and the coordinating die. I colored the animals with copics and then used my Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen on the kitty's hat trim.  I used the Stitched Rectangle Die Set to cut the designer paper and added a few of our new Holly Jolly Sparkly Gumdrops.
